The southern part of the city is off the usual tour routes, but we invite you to discover its hidden treasures, such as:

The open market where local merchants offer fruit, vegetables, cheese, home-made brandy, olive oil – all the Mediterranean smells and flavours of Dubrovnik combined with its timeless trading customs.

The Church of St. Ignatius. One of the greatest examples of Baroque architecture in the city.

A walk through the intricate, narrow streets of the Southern Quarter then takes you deep into the oldest part of the city, streets that have produced some of Dubrovnik's most prominent poets, composers, scientists and statesmen.

One of the last stops is the "Rupe Granary" Museum, which will leave you with a strong impression of the lifestyle of Dubrovnik's people through the centuries.

The tour finishes with a walk on the city walls, where you will have a chance to get an overview of this fascinating quarter of the town and to savour the parts of the city you have explored from a different perspective.

Please note, this tour is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the numerous steps and distance covered.

Includes

  • Collection from your hotel by our English-speaking expert guide
  • Private one way transfer with a luxury vehicle if your hotel or cruise ship is not within walking distance to the Old Town
  • Entrance fees to the City Walls and Rupe Museum.
  • VAT Included

What people say
Awesome Game of Thrones Tour!

We are Game of Thrones fans. Not the die hard, know every detail, live and breathe fans. But we love watching the show. What better opportunity to take a Game of Thrones tour then when actually in King's Landing (Dubrovnik).

The tour is two hours and 150 kuna, which I was worried would be too long especially since we walked the entire wall that morning. However, it was a great tour and time flew by. There is a lot of walking but the guide was fantastic very informative. She is a repeat extra on the show so she gave us behind the scenes GOT series info. She had a flip book with pictures from the various scenes in show to remind us of the specific scene and background. This was super helpful.

One thing to note is all Game of Thrones tours take you to St. Lawrence Fort, which has separate entrance fee. If you have your City Walls ticket with you, this gets you the entrance to the fort.

Would definitely recommend this tour!

Mankoosha, New York about Game of Thrones & Dubrovnik Tour
Excellent tour of Dubrovnik's war experience

My partner and I recently went on the walking tour about the war, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

The tour is about an hour long and we went on the weekday early evening tour (6.30pm I think). Our guide was Ana (I think), a very engaging , friendly and professional guide who spoke beautiful English and presented the tour with a perfectly balanced mix of history and personal experience. Ana pointed out war damage which is still visible, the museum of war photography, and ended at the memorial hall to the Dubrovnik defenders, a moving exhibition made all the more so when you hear personal connections.

The length of the tour was perfect, our guide was informative and interesting, and for anyone interested in the recent history of this beautiful city, do this tour!

Interesting and informative tour

This tour is highly recommended for movie fans - not only does it highlight the influence of the entertainment industry on Croatian industry, but it also gives you the perfect opportunity to become further immersed in the settings of your favorite series and movies. Although some parts of the Game of Thrones filming are covered in this tour, there is a lot of focus on the movies. We recommend doing the in-depth Game of Thrones tour before/after this tour in order to get the full experience!

Fenomenal visita

Por 90 kunas haces una vista de 1 hora donde ves la historia de la ciudad. Merece mucho la pena ya que te empapas en un momento de todo lo acontecido. Además de consejos y responder dudas. Ivana espectacular muy amena, perfecto castellano. Un must

Completo y Divertido
